Ultimately you will have to contact xbox customer support, sorry
It just happened like that? Right after the update? That is so weird... maybe it was already going to be banned and it just happened to be the same day you got your update? Either way, your best bet would be to contact customer support.
I've called and done all the stuff, i'm going to be posting the email i got back so you all can see what they ype, it'll be copy and pase in next post, meow

Apologies, but the console ban will stand as issued.
This Xbox console was permanently banned for multiple egregious violations of the Terms of Use and/or Code of Conduct.
The conduct that caused this ban may include, but is not limited to:
• Harassment of staff or other players
• Repeated enforcement actions
• Impersonation of Xbox LIVE Staff or LIVE Partners
• Cheating, or solicitation to cheat
To help avoid future account suspensions or console bans, please review the Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct and the Terms of Use here:

I would say just keep bugging them until they tell you exactly what you did. And I don't mean jsut telling you the code you broke, but giving you proof of it. Remind you of exactly what you said/did or whatnot.
They do not need to provide proof. They have the right to ban anyone who doesn't follow the ToU or Code of Conduct. Plus, he's already posted saying exactly what they told him. He's done one of the following.
